This property is one was the adjoining mews property to Upper Grosvenor Street. It was found as stables complete with brick tiled floor and horse tie grilles. We were surprised to discover that the whole building, including roof, was formed in mass concrete.

This changed our approach to the building and we decided to work with the inherent structure and retain where possible the fabric, including brickwork. The materials thereafter were chosen in accordance with the Grosvenor Estates specification and went on to form a 5 bedroom house, parking for 2 cars, with spa and plant room in the basement to service the main residence.
