This brownfield site in Tunbridge Wells was being used as a temporary car park, and had a history of refused planning applications for various schemes. and we were asked to reappraise the site and work with local council to secure permission for a residential scheme, which was obtained after carefully considered scheme was developed in dialogue with the local planning tea.
